Gobble Gobble!

We had such warm weather today that we ate our Thanksgiving dinner in the atrium!

Ready to eat... Andrew complete with green hair!

Gabe wanted a turkey leg... he didn't take even one bite of it... silly boy!

Ummmm, so I hate how dirty my hands get when I set up our Christmas tree... so I wore gloves this year.  Aaron thought it was picture worthy!  :-)

FORT!

The boys really wanted a fort and Grandma Mitzi helped them build one before she left on Sunday.....

They really wanted to sleep in their forts.... so Aaron and I said it was OK....

They did pretty well and slept in the fort... Gabe's bed was on top of the treadmill!

Gaber

Our big boy is sure growing up! He is enjoying wrestling and has his first real tournament tomorrow (Saturday the 17th of November). We are so excited for him and have been talking to him about the importance of having fun!

Shed Progress

It's coming along! We have concrete, custom made shelves (have I mentioned how awesome Aaron is???? Well he is amazing at building stuff), and today a garage door!!!!! We only have a ramp and electrical to go.... And Aaron got the little boat and camper in there already, only the big boat and my deuce (MR2) to go!!!!!!

Green Hair

Aaron bought green hairspray thinking Gabe would like it for Halloween. Gabe had no interest but Andrew sure thought it was fun!

Halloween!

We had a soldier and Bob the Builder..... Lots of fun!!

Operation Christmas Child

Our church has been participating in Operation Christmas Child the past few years but this is the first year I had the energy to participate. We decided to do two boxes. The boys decided to do both boxes for a boy. I decided we would do the oldest age group since I read somewhere that they get the least boxes donated.

All 3 of us enjoyed shopping for the boxes. I tried really hard to make it all fit and the boys did an awesome job filling out their little bio sheets!

We included in our boxes: socks, work gloves, t-shirt, soap, toothbrush & paste, comb, suckers, mini finger golf game, pencils, notebook, calculator, flashlight & batteries, 2 different screwdriver sets, car, bouncy ball, stickers, modeling clay.

It was so fun to jam that little box with stuff and think about the young man who will receive it! I hope he loves it and doesn't wish it has something else in it!!

We paid for the shipping of the box on-line so we should be able to find out what country our boxes end up in! We'll keep you posted!
