Redbirds!

On Wednesday we went to a Cardinals game at the new Busch Stadium in downtown St. Louis. They beat the Florida Marlins 13-6. It was a super fun game to watch with the Cardinals having twenty hits! Of course I was in the bathroom when Albert Pujols hit his only home run of the night....


Here's a pic of the new stadium. It's really nice -- simple and open. I think Yadier Molina is up to bat in this picture (he's the catcher).

Cost to attend a game for two people:

1. Tickets $40 x 2 = $80
2. MetroLink pass (train) to get downtown $4 x 2 = $8
3. Food (1 hotdog, 1 polish sausage, nachos, ice cream, beer, soda) = $27.50
4. Tip for street perfomer = $1.50
